At LONGER, we stand by the quality of our high-performance electronics and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges if you are not completely satisfied. All returned products must be in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation to qualify for a full refund.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your LONGER account portal and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Package Your Electronics

Carefully place the device back into its original protective internal packaging and box to ensure it remains safe during transit; please include all cables and manuals.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous shipping labels are visible.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our technical team inspects the hardware at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
